My own theory: First impression is everything so when it comes to getting your home ready on the market, we want to consider a few items. Where do homeowners spend the most time? What will be the most usable spaces? What will buyers look for on their showing? How can this home stand out against the neighbors? My top 3 spaces to consider: Greenspace, Kitchens & Bathrooms.

Kitchens: Some of these kitchens just needed a little facelift; layouts are kept the same, but just need a little sprucing. Others needed a whole love of lot and a whole lot of demolition.
Bathrooms: These can be tricky spaces, especially if they are small. But if you are strategic about organization, color, and layout, they can make all of the difference in the world!
Greenspace: You cant argue that everyone's first impression is the yard. If it looks sloppy and not maintained, one can assume the interior shares those same qualities. Womp, womp!
